From a young age, I have had "abilities" that I could not explain. Throughout my life I was always drawn to more natural healing approaches (Eastern healing medicine, yoga, healing using whole foods, holistic remedies) and I was drawn to the ancient healing practice of Reiki. While studying Reiki, I found a "label" to one of the abilities that I had my whole life. I am a Medium. I'm blessed to be able to contact spirits that have passed on with their loved ones that are still present on this earth. While studying to become a Master Reiki Teacher, I continued to developed my intuitive skills and found a great connection to healing others from past traumas and experiences that overtime have turned into physical ailments. When you heal the mind, you heal the emotional body and physical body as well. I'm grateful to have the abilities that I have to help others heal themselves.
Before finding Reiki, I explored various passions of mine, including taking my Yoga Teacher Training certification and also became a certified Nutritional Wellness Counselor in 2000 through the College of Natural Medicine. Studying Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. Mercola, Lenka Schulze, Dr. Bruce Lipton and Dr. Joe Dispenza, I realized the body and mind are one in the same. What affects the mind- directly affects the body. I developed my own way to assist others in losing weight using intuitive nutrition. I have helped hundreds of people lose the weight they desired through using everyday natural foods and healing the mind along the way from an emotional standpoint.
I provide a comprehensive set of services for you to choose from for all your mind, body, and spirit needs, along with spiritual guidance to assist you down your own road to healing and finding your way.
I currently reside in Southwest Florida with my wonderful husband, 2 children- who make me want to be the best version of myself day in and day out. We love the beach, ocean, traveling, and enjoying life together!
